Trade Marketing Supervisor

· Led the Trade Marketing team in implementing marketing programs and providing sales administration.
· Responsible for monthly sales and market analysis/planning, sales forecasts and inventory analysis, and provided business inputs and recommendations to sales and brand teams.
· Worked with brand, sales, production and logistic teams in new product launch.
· Worked with sales team in trade promotion and annual contract negotiation with national hypermarket chain, and managed the annual trade marketing budget.
· Participated in all brand planning activities to provide suggestions and ideas on new product selection, pricing, advertising, promotion and CRM programs.
· In charge of seasonal counter product display standardization, the design and production of BA uniforms, posters, counters/shelves in retail chains to improve brand image.
