1.Review/verify the new product design,control manufacture process,assist production Dept,PE and other departments to solve the practical problems of production line; 2.Execute daily operation of ME Dept,conduct ME group to support new project development,technology initiation and improvement. Established excellent technique exchange and cooperate relationship with other Dept & staffs concerned; 3.Verify production process virtue ability,design process and initiated manufacture instruction,improve quality and rationalize costs; 4.Lead new ralph lauren polo shirts project pilot run successful building and launch into mass production more smoothly. Successfully conduct the product design is in accordance with virtue production ability within the maximum production efficiency and minimum production cost level. As best forward,transfered to Lacoste Polo Shirts Dept. in 2005 , 1.Lead the member of group to control the manufacturer operational process for new product design and quality . 2. Sourcing & assess the new potential supplier whether meet Cheap Lacoste Polo Shirts criteria per TTI audit criteria ; Negotiate with the approved supplier about the price ,contract etc ; 3.Coach & assign supplier to understand TTI’s requirement & specification to the project developing prompt ; Provide the necessary support to the supplier. 4.Guide & training the supplier to performance the chi hair straightener criteria; Assess the suppliers' Quality System/manufacturing chi straightener processes. 5. Follow and solve all issues (design defection, quality issue, testing fail) occurred from original design stage to mass production, And help supplier to build the new product quality control procedure & chi flat iron system. 6. Define & work out necessary quality control files in design & research phase;(such as polo shirts quality control plan, test plan; incoming inspection & manufacturing process control & finish goods inspection files). 7.Solve the complaint from customer till closed. 8. Evaluate the Supplier’s quality system & SER and yearly audit , Assist Supplier to improve & perfect its quality system continuously.
